Riccio-MIT Graduate Engineering Leadership Program (GradEL)

Derived from the very successful Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership (GEL) Program for undergraduates, the new SoE Graduate Engineering Leadership Program (GradEL) increases the effectiveness and impact of MIT’s graduate students by using innovative learning practices to develop communication, teamwork, leadership and professional skills.

Gifts to establish an endowed fund, with the income to provide support for the Graduate Engineering Leadership program, which provides graduate students with the opportunity to learn and practice the leadership development skills that will propel their early career success.
