With a minimum donation of $10,000, MIT accepts the following cryptocurrencies: bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH), litecoin (LTC) and bitcoin cash (BCH).

- Your name, address and phone number
- Quantity and type of cryptocurrency you would like to donate
- Estimated value of gift in US Dollars
- Fund designation for your gift
