These funds are directed towards the renovation of the facilities used by the Center for Real Estate and the MSRED program. Renovation includes a new, 66-seat; state-of-the-art classroom, office and conference space for MSRED faculty and staff, MIT/CRE staff, and spaces specifically designed and equipped to support MSRED students -- student lounge, lockers, and meeting rooms with supportive video and conferencing technology.
