Newly minted alumni band together in giving back.
Today’s students are more positive and proud of MIT than ever before and it shows! One of the best examples of this MIT pride is the dramatic increase in Senior Class Gift participation which leapt from an average of 30% to 51% in 2006, and setting new records every year since. Last year the class of 2013 achieved the highest ever Senior Gift participation at 83.3%.
Now, these enthusiastic people are part of the alumni community—and with equal gusto, they are volunteering and giving back annually to MIT.
Build a strong MIT community among recent graduates, around one another and in support of MIT.
As part of this year’s effort to raise alumni participation overall, MIT10 alumni aim to do their part by achieving:
