Engineering Experience at MIT (E2@MIT) is a one-week residential summer program that provides 70 to 80 rising high school seniors from across the country with a hands-on engineering course and other academic experiences to help them build the skills and confidence necessary for success in science and engineering fields.
MIT Online Science, Technology and Engineering Community (MOSTEC) is a six-month online program and short conference that serves 100 to 120 rising high school seniors from across the country. MOSTEC provides students with online coursework and projects during a summer Academic Phase and opportunities to learn more about science and engineering, interact with college faculty and staff, and receive mentorship from students and industry professionals during a fall Enrichment Phase.
The Minority Introduction to Engineering & Science (MITES) Summer Program is a rigorous six week residential summer program that gives 70 to 80 rising high school seniors from across the country the opportunity to experience a demanding academic atmosphere and begin building the self-confidence necessary for success in college and beyond. Funding to the summer program fund supports students in the MITES Program.

OEOP's mission is to diversify the science and engineering community by serving students from underrepresented and underserved backgrounds and empowering these students to develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue careers in technical fields.

The Saturday Engineering Enrichment & Discovery (SEED) Academy is an academic enrichment and technical career exploration program for 90 to 100 promising but traditionally underserved public high school students from Boston, Cambridge, and Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Provides endowed scholarship support for OEOP's three national outreach programs -- Minority Introduction to Engineering & Science (MITES), Engineering Experience at MIT (E2@MIT), and MIT Online Science, Technology and Engineering Community (MOSTEC).
