I don’t volunteer for the glory; I do it to give back. MIT has changed my life by opening doors and introducing me to my closest friends. Encouraging classmates to support MIT is a rewarding way to make a difference for an institution that’s had a profound impact on my life.

Non-reunion classes

Supporting the Institute is both a well-established tradition and a vital responsibility for MIT classes. Class giving forms the foundation of the Institute's support—building participation among classmates, advocating on behalf of certain Institute programs, and facilitating communications amongst the Institute's extensive alumni body.

The focus of non-reunion classes is on building broad alumni participation. Class agents play a crucial role in keeping their classmates connected to MIT during non-reunion years, encouraging annual support to the Institute.

Whether your gift supports a scholarship, a student life initiative, an academic program, a student activity, a performing arts group, an athletic team, or your class project, your ongoing annual support plays a critical role in the Institute's continued success.

Your participation—as a volunteer or donor—has a significant impact on students and programs at MIT. And your support matters every year, not just during a reunion.
